/ Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist

We’re looking to expand our marketing team with a digital growth specialist. Your primary mission will be to lead & coordinate digital marketing campaigns both internally and together with our clients in the music industry. Our office is located in Gamla Stan, Stockholm. We’d prefer to have you join us here, but are open to a more digital presence for the right person.

We see that you have a strong music industry interest and a broad competence in digital sales, advertising & marketing. You should be a generalist, someone who can see the big picture and at the same time execute on multiple levels. We’re looking for a self-starter that thrives under responsibility and self-management. You should be analytical and creative, love to collaborate when needed but not let other people’s lack of bandwidth hinder you.

What you’ll be doing

• Building a comprehensive internal marketing strategy emphasising on brand growth
• Lead, develop & coordinate digital marketing campaigns for music artists & releases
• You are involved in identifying opportunities for improvement and unrealised potential
• Apply non-traditional creative solutions and turn insights into actionable changes
• Help artists cultivate their musical identity, strengthen artist brands & develop target audiences

Requirements

• A few years of digital marketing experience or a relevant education
• Know your way around organic social media, digital advertising, Google Analytics + SEO
• A strong music industry interest and an awareness of the marketing used there
• An excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to drive all decisions and finish all tests
• Strong sense of ownership and determination to get things done with a hands-on mindset. A startup and entrepreneurial mindset.
